Refund Policy

1. General Return Conditions
At MagnusLab, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange an item within 30 days of the date of receipt.

Return Costs and Conditions
A restocking fee of $30 may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns are accepted only if items are:
- Never used, undamaged, and in original condition
- Returned with the original packaging and tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code: final sale, no returns or refunds.
- Clearance items: due to the reduced price, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Hygiene or intimate items (e.g. nursing accessories, underwear, opened personal-care products): not accepted for hygiene reasons.
- Orders already shipped: if you change your mind after shipping, you'll need to wait for delivery to proceed with the return. No cancellation or refund is possible before receipt.

3. Return Procedure by Circumstance
3.1 Defective or Damaged Item

Once validated, we'll send you a prepaid return label and proceed with a replacement or full refund, according to your preference.

3.2 Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product:

3.3 Item Never Arrived
If your order shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it:

You may request cancellation before your order ships. If the order has already shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery to follow the return procedure.

4. Refund Processing Times
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunded amounts will reflect any applicable return or restocking fees
