Free Shipping
Shipping is free on all orders placed on our website.

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery Times
Delivery times range from 3 to 14 business days after shipping. These times may vary depending on your location or during periods of high demand (sales, holidays, etc.).

Order Tracking
Once your package has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your delivery's progress directly on the carrier's website. You can also check your order status on our website, in the "Track My Order" section.

Missing Items
If items are missing from your package, please contact us immediately at: 📩 contact@magnuslab.com. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible by reshipping the missing item or offering a suitable alternative.

Returns and Refunds
No refund will be issued before the package is delivered to the customer. If you wish to return an item after receiving it, you may do so in accordance with our Return Policy. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we'll process the refund, less any applicable fees.
