Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all relations between: FLEXICUT IT LLC — a company registered in the United States, with its registered office at 1800-1898 Custer Ave, Casper, WY 82604, United States, operating the website www.magnuslab.com (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the website (hereinafter "the Customer").

1. Purpose
These GTC define the conditions under which the Seller offers its products for sale via its e-commerce site.

2. Acceptance of Terms
Placing an order on www.magnuslab.com implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC. The Customer acknowledges having reviewed and accepted them before validating their order.

3. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Slight differences may nonetheless exist between the images and the actual product. All products are manufactured at our partner facility, which adheres to strict hygiene standards and fair working conditions.

4. Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars ($), taxes included. Shipping is free on orders over $45. Payment is made online via the secure payment methods available on the site (credit card, etc.).

5. Orders
The Customer selects the products, reviews the order, and completes payment. A confirmation email is sent once the order has been validated.

6. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination (generally 3 to 14 business days). The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure or carrier issues.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to request a return.
Returns: The Customer must notify their request by email to contact@magnuslab.com. Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of $30 may apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount. ⚠️ The Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund for sale items or items purchased during special promotions.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned product.

8. Warranties and Liability
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. The Seller cannot be held liable for improper use of the product or for indirect damages.

9. Personal Data Protection
The Seller is committed to protecting the Customer's personal data. No data will be sold or shared without the Customer's consent.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
These GTC are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing agreement, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of the Seller's registered office.
